Pink Floyd is a British rock band, known for its philosophical texts, acoustic experiments, innovations in the design of the album and a spectacular show. Is one of the most successful and influential bands in rock music.
The group was founded in 1965 by fellow students of the architectural faculty of the London Polytechnic Institute (Regent Str. Polytechnic) Richard Wright (keyboards, vocals), Roger Waters (bass guitar, vocals), Nick Mason (drums) and Cambridge friend Syd Barrett (vocals guitar). In 1968, the quartet was joined by David Gilmour, who replaced Barrett, after the latter had to leave the band.

Rock opera The Wall was created with a strong dominance of Waters, however, and with a significant impact David Gilmour, as well as the well-known producer from Canada Bob Ezrin. This work has once again received a rapturous reception from the fans, although there has been a departure from the usual a distinct style group (about half of the material has become a prerequisite for solo style Waters). The single from the album «Another Brick in the Wall, Part II», affecting issues of pedagogy and education, came in first place in the Christmas singles chart in the UK and went on to become the material of remixes in the style of disco and techno.

Зміст композиції.
The song was written as an attack against a specific type of learning, that which Waters endured as a child. The lyrics are quite specific to this effect, rebuking those teachers first described in "Happiest Days" who use "thought control" and "dark sarcasm" to mold the school children into mindless drones of society. For Waters, the rote learning and sadistic delivery of his school teachers produced little more than faceless, social clones who knew the definition of an acre yet who could not produce an original, imaginative thought. Accordingly, the rallying cry of "[W]e don't need no education" can actually be teased in two directions. Firstly, considering that the clause is a double negative, the negatives of "don't" and "no" cancel each other out, producing an affirmative, as in "We [do] need education," suggesting that yes, education can be a good thing in developing well-rounded individuals. Secondly, the double negative also acts as rhetoricallitotes in this context, used especially to emphasize the point being made, as if Waters is saying "We don't need this type of education." In this sense, "Another Brick, Part 2" is not so much a song about complete revolution as it as an anthem about reclaiming one's individuality; it's a criticism against the types of teachers and systems that, as in Pink's case, ridicule an imaginative child for writing poetry.

This composition has a very rich philosophical meaning. Pink Floyd wanted to convey a problem that existed in the 80s. This song is affected by problems of pedagogy and education. Participants groups urge teachers to leave their students alone with their thoughts. I really liked this composition, and I think it also liked by a lot of people, because the content of the song can not leave anyone indifferent.
