The Bible revelation. Poetry.

In July 1993 I was given a chance to work as an interpreter with the team of Christian Business and Professional teachers from Canada to fellowship and promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Ukraine. It was a great time to work together with David Hayward, John Cook, Richard Dodding, Glenn Mallory, Dale Cummins and other team members. I was presented a copy of the New Testament which I still enjoy reading. It is a wonder this sacred Book being preserved and preached for centuries. Here are my emotions trajected into words.

You have read books a lot of times,
And get the information.
Some news was sad, some brought you joy,
Some was just a sensation.

Some books were hard to read and cry,
Some pleasant, caused temptation.
But I have read the Bible once, and
It was a revelation.

Some books were burnt, forgotten, gone.
The Bible stands so ever.
The time rolls by, the nations go,
The Bible stays forever.
